What you can do
Sent at the gate
The moment a student is recognized at the kiosk, the parent's update goes out. Name, time, direction (in/out), and photo proof.
No manual relaying
No more "Has my child arrived?". Parents see it themselves and teachers stop forwarding news.
Configured per pondok
Switch each channel and module (attendance, finance, permits, health, dorm, admissions) on or off in Settings. Emails carry your pondok's sender name.
From your pondok's own WhatsApp number
WhatsApp messages come from your pondok's own number, linked once by scanning a QR code (or entering a pairing code) in Settings → WhatsApp. That page shows the number's status, daily usage, delivery history, and plain-language failure reasons. Permit, health, and billing updates that fail on WhatsApp are rerouted to Telegram when the pondok has Telegram switched on and the parent has connected it.
