First 10 pondoks: Pro at the Basic price
The first 10 pondoks to join get the Pro plan (180 santri, every Pro module) at the Basic price, IDR 1,000,000 a month, for 12 months.
- In return, the pondok gives us a testimonial and lets us display its logo.
- Limited to 10 pondoks, confirmed in writing over WhatsApp.
- Santri above 180 follow the Pro add-on rate (IDR 3,000 per santri per month).
- After 12 months the subscription continues at the current list price.

Can we see E-Pondok before subscribing?
Yes, in a live demo over WhatsApp or video call, using an example pondok similar to yours. Your own app access starts once a plan is paid.
How do I pay for a subscription?
Pick a plan on this page, create an account, then pay by QRIS or virtual account (DOKU). The plan activates automatically once payment is verified.
Is there automatic debit?
No. Each period, monthly or annual, is paid as a new order by QRIS or virtual account.
How much is annual billing?
Annual is 10× the monthly price for 12 months, so you save 2 months.
What counts as a santri?
Quota counts the residents you enroll: santri, plus ustadz and staff who check in. Admin login accounts are not counted.
What if we exceed the plan's santri quota?
Add capacity at checkout: IDR 2,000 per santri per month on Starter and Basic, IDR 3,000 on Pro.
Which plan includes SPP invoicing?
Finance/SPP (automatic invoices, parent payments by QRIS/VA, receipts, and WhatsApp overdue reminders) is included from the Basic plan. Starter covers attendance and core records only.
Can we upgrade later?
Yes. Upgrade any time from the platform dashboard. To downgrade or for special arrangements, contact us.
When do we need Enterprise?
When you have more than 500 santri, several pondoks under one foundation, need an on-premise kiosk, or a contract with an SLA. Pricing is tailored, message us on WhatsApp.
