What you can do
Structured setoran log
Teachers log new memorization (setoran) and review (muroja'ah) per surah, page, and fluency quality. Full history per student.
Daily targets
Set memorization targets per student, making weekly progress easy to evaluate.
Log it in mutaba'ah too
Daily setoran can also be recorded as a yaumiyah daily activity, following the pondok's own template.
Visible progress
Setoran history and target progress show who is advancing and who is stuck, so guidance happens early.
